Walli Tarzi is a Senior Technical Advisor with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale enterprise data platform, Business Intelligence, and technology implementations for multinational corporations and the public sector. Currently serving as Senior Adviser of Education Solutions at Otis Educational Systems, Inc., he has spent more than a decade partnering with state departments of education, technology agencies, and public school districts across the United States in support of State Longitudinal Data Systems and related initiatives.
In this role, Walli oversees client solution delivery for educational agencies nationwide, advising on modern data platforms, analytics, BI/reporting, data governance and management, and the delivery of Federal and State Accountability Report Cards and compliance monitoring solutions.
Prior to his work in education, he served as Director of Data Services at a $200 million international business analytics firm operating across 29 countries, where he managed multinational teams across ERP data acquisition, ETL development, data modeling, MDM, and Business Intelligence, leading multiple technology projects for over 400 global clients.
Outside of his professional life, Walli is known for his encyclopedic knowledge of music, film, and world religions, a reflection of the global curiosity and cross-cultural perspective he brings to everything he does.
