Richard is Vice President of Data Management and Lead Architect at OtisEd, where he leads data architecture, integration, and modernization initiatives that support state education agencies and other education-focused organizations. In his role, he works across technical and business teams to design scalable data solutions, guide system modernization efforts, and help clients navigate complex data environments.
With more than eight years at OtisEd, Richard has played a key role in data warehouse strategy, cloud migration planning, data integration, and large-scale education data initiatives. He brings deep experience in SQL Server, Azure, enterprise data architecture, and data management, along with a strong ability to bridge technical implementation and client-facing strategy. His work has included leading teams, shaping solution design, and partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-impact data systems.
Based in Marietta, Georgia, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new technology, travel, cars, and family activities.
