Randy is a full-stack developer at OtisEd, where he builds enterprise applications supporting education agencies nationwide. He has contributed to platforms serving Colorado, Nevada, and the federal Rehabilitation Services Administration, delivering features that span Angular frontends, .NET backends, and SQL Server database systems.
His experience includes:
- Lead developer on the Professional Development Program (PDP) — a multi-agency platform tracking scholar obligations, employment credit, and program compliance for RSA
- Built the Dispute Resolution case management module for Nevada’s Department of Education
- Contributed Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 accessibility improvements across multiple federal platforms
- 475 pull requests merged and 160 peer code reviews across six repositories over the past two years
